Dr. Kevin Walton is originally from the small town of Medina and a graduate of Lenawee Christian High School in 1990. Being the first of either sides of his family to attend college, Dr. Walton began his collegiate studies at Hillsdale College and continued his undergraduate career at Life University. In February of 1997, Dr. Walton graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He began his Chiropractic career under his mentor, Dr. Ervin Malcheff who guided him through the ways of Chiropractic since he began in 1969. Walton Chiropractic was established in December 2005 with the passion to "change the world." Dr. Walton explains, "I quickly realized that you cannot change the world without first changing yourself. I started by learning what chiropractic care truly was. It was not about cracking bones to relive pain or make the noise that felt good to people. Chiropractic is about removing the stresses place on the nervous system to allow it to function optimally. To remove stresses in our lives leads to a more enjoyable life. It is also the understanding that an inborn intelligence called innate lives inside everybody. This innate function knows how to create a healthy body if it is given the chance to function properly and people will listen to it. You must be willing to change the way you think by stepping back and seeing yourself capable of any change- realizing your unlimited potential." Currently, Dr. Walton resides in Hillsdale with his wife Barb and their three children Claire, Grant, and Ella. In his spare time, Dr. Walton enjoys exercising, specifically long distance running. He has completed five full marathons most recently competing in the prestigious Boston Marathon in 2013.
